Last weekend the field was covered with about 3 inches of snow. It is gonna warm up this weekend which means if you want to fly sat / sun its gonna be a mud pit. Especially b/c its supposed to shower on and off this weekend. But if its flyable I am going to bring out my 50CC extra.

You may be right but it's up to everyone. If we have a wet spring how long do we close it ?

Let's all try to use our heads, and cause as little damage as possible !

Isn't the field much drier on the far right?

Is landing over toward that way an option?

When the field is wet like this we have to be extra careful......fly SMALLER planes as heavy planes dig into the field......fly planes that you are used to so you can land it without flipping it over and taxi it back.......and most importantly, use your brain....if you have a plane on the field you need to go get don't let 5 people come with you to "check out" the carnage.....one plane down on the field, one person goes to get it and just watch where you are walking. USE YOUR HEADS PEOPLE!!!....if we do that then we can have fun, save grass and fly fly fly cheers

I totally agree. It will be no fun Sad this summer if we have to dodge potholes in the field.
